Get On Track – Custom Planning Solution

Starting to feel like your to-do list is taking control of your life?

It's time to Get on Track .

What is Carpe Omnia's Get On Track?

Get on Track is Carpe Omnia’s six-week time management program.  During this program you’ll develop a foundation that will allow you to improve your relationship with time and take control of your schedule in a way that makes sense for your personality and lifestyle.  You’ll move from chaos to calm, and will have a toolkit at your disposal to continue to apply the principles you’ve learned in years to come.  Additional support is available for those who need it moving forward, but we strive to make sure you have all of the tools in your toolkit you need to have an effective daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly system for managing your time.

Application and Wait List

Due to the high demand for this program and the highly personalized interactions it requires, an application process is involved.  After filling in the application below, we will schedule a discovery call.  During that call, we will discuss your needs and decide if this program is the right fit for you.  If a waitlist is required, you will receive materials to help you on your journey while you are waiting for your space in the program to become available.

Uncover the Truth about Your Relationship with Time

The first area where we will heavily focus is on understanding and developing various skills that are involved in time management.  We will delve into topics like boundary setting, multi-tasking, automating, batching, learning how to say ‘no’, how to delegate, perfectionism, decision making and prioritization, and understanding how long a unit of time truly is and what is reasonable to expect to accomplish in it.

So many people poorly manage their time using strategies that don’t fit their personality or try to implement techniques that are out of alignment with the types of goals they are setting or the various types of work they are doing.  Understanding who you are and how you work with time is the first step in learning how to master your schedule and tasks.

Don't be fooled by the calendar. Therea are only as many days in the year as you make use of. One man gets only a week's value out of a year, while another man gets a full year's value out of a week.

Explore Various Tools and Techniques to Identify What Works for You

Knowing your skills and personality is only the first step to identifying the right systems for you.  During the second phase of the program, we will explore different tools and techniques that are tailored to what we have learned about your personality and skills.

This may include time and task management systems such as paper calendars and planners, digital calendars, creating routines, time blocking, setting deadlines, digital task management applications, bullet journaling, etc.  We will also explore systems for reporting and reflecting on short and long-term goals and tasks.

Create a Custom Time Management System

During the last phase of the program we will continue to refine the tools you use to ultimately create a steady planning system.  This includes creating a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly review system where you will capture your progress, address any items that need further work, reflect on what has worked and where you need improvement, prepare for the next period of time, and ensure you are set up for success in execution.

During this phase of the program, custom tools will be designed for you – this may include a planner or journal, a notepad for daily task management or daily gratitude, printable checklists, custom dry erase boards, phone wall papers, wall calendars, or whatever other various tools we may decide are needed to fully develop your complete task management system.

Proof and Preview your Custom Tools

After the conclusion of the six-week program, we will begin to design your final products.  During this time you will have access to a draft of your system so that you are able to get started right away.

Before any of your custom-designed tools are sent to production, you will have an opportunity to review them as soon as the design is complete.  Typically this is completed 2 weeks after the conclusion of your program.  During the proofing session, you are encouraged to provide any edits as well as reflect upon what is going well with the drafts so that we can make any additional adjustments.

When your customized tools arrive, we will schedule another session to review and revisit your full process and to ensure you have everything you need to continue to succeed with your new time management system.

Optional: Add-On Follow-Up Sessions & Reordering

Additional follow-up sessions to continue to explore your progress and provide accountability may be available ala-carte after your materials have been delivered.  These sessions are subject to availability.

Custom materials may need to be reordered quarterly, semi-annually, or annually depending on the materials and the preferences you expressed while we worked together to create them.

Depending on the item, you may be able to reprint yourself.  Other items you will be able to reorder reprints without edits by contacting us directly.  If you need to make changes to your materials prior to ordering a reprint, you will need to schedule a review session.
